Helen Cousins is a Chartered Accountant by profession with more than 25 years of business experience. She currently operates Xcel Business Solutions, delivering management consultancy, mentoring, training & financial services to SMEs. She particularly enjoys working with small companies, where small changes can have a big – and positive – effect on profits.

Helen loves networking with business people both online and offline, and is an active social media networker.

Helen is also a self catering entrepreneur, and operates a holiday home business on the family farm in Wexford. She works closely with the tourist industry, and is currently a director of the Irish Self Catering Federation, the representative body for holiday home operators in Ireland.
