Frederic Herrera manages the Enterprise Platform Programme Create (www.createireland.ie) for the Institute of Art, Design and Technology Dun Laoghaire (www.iadt.ie) since 2004. Create trains and mentors 10 digital media start-ups every year to develop their business, services and products. Over the last 10 years, Frederic's focus has been the application of digital media content, technologies and business models into SME context.
Frederic has also been involved in the inception phase of the National Digital Research Centre (www.ndrc.ie) and is an external evaluator & rapporteur to the European Commission in granting funds to pan-European R&D projects in Digital Media.
