Caroline is the founder and CEO of WIN – West of Ireland Networking. WIN is a training and networking forum for unemployed work seekers, in particular executives, professionals, managers, freelancers and small enterprise owners. To date there has been a lack of support, training and services for the ‘unexpected unemployed’ or the ‘new unemployed’ in Ireland and WIN has successfully filled this gap.
An accomplished marketing and communications professional with extensive experience in a range of multinational and indigenous companies. Successful track record in training, business start ups, business planning, sales and project management within dynamic multi-disciplinary environments. Caroline holds an MBA from Dublin City University (DCU).
