Yesterday we met with Omar Gonzales, who started up Candy Cupcakes eight months ago, and has since catered to the likes of Mary McAleese and Pink!

He spotted the trend for cupcakes while on holidays in the US, and decided there was a gap in the market over here for the tasty treats! He cites his entrepreneurial spirit as one of his best assets in setting up a business at the young age of 23.
